To figure shipping costs, just add items to cart and shipping will be estimated.
Starting from January 15, 2018, all orders from our Etsy shop will come with tracking. Nontracked international mail is no longer an option. For UK customers, please purchase on our Etsy as shipping is not available to the UK at paperkumaco.com.

For express shipping, please add priority upgrade at checkout (only available for DOMESTIC orders). Typically will take 5-10 business days to process and 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped.

If you need rushed processing for your order, PLEASE message me before ordering. It may not be possible for all orders.

Most stickers in our shop are precut and made with a vinyl matte material that is waterproof. Please read individually listings for detailed info about product.

We have a processing period of 5-15 business days for ALL orders. Please note, if you need rushed processing for your order, contact us on Etsy before placing an order.

Once shipped, here are the estimated shipping times:

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Please check our estimated shipping dates on our policy. Note: holidays and other local postal office issues may delay your mail, this is simply an ESTIMATE, not a guarantee.

If it has been over 3 weeks (domestic) or 6 weeks (international) from your shipment confirmed date, please contact us to see if we can do anything.

Please note, PAPERKUMACO is NOT responsible for lost mail. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer can control it and it is the post office's responsibility.

For lost mail, we may provide 1 (one) courtesy resend or partial refund after consideration of situation. This is tentative per order and customer.

Please note, if your mail is returned to us, we will require a re-payment of shipping fees to resend to you. If not, we will provide a refund with a 20% restocking fee (please note shipping costs cannot be refunded).

If you have a problem with your order, such as faulty sticker sheet or such. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photo proof. We will try our best to assist you.
